My name is Tara, and I'm a Registered Nurse with over a decade of experience working in the Emergency Department. Throughout my career I've seen firsthand what happens when bystanders are — and aren't — prepared to respond in a crisis. That experience is what inspired me to start Code 3 Training Services.
I have a deep passion for teaching — whether it's onboarding new staff, mentoring nursing students, or training everyday people in life-saving CPR techniques. My goal is simple: to make sure that whoever walks into my class walks out feeling confident, capable, and ready to act.
I tailor every session to the learner — whether you've never done CPR before or you're renewing an advanced certification, you'll leave with the skills and the confidence to use them.
